In this session you'll get hands-on experience with a method called Effect mapping. Effect mapping is a method that makes all choices and prioritizations visible and tangible to those who want to have insight – stakeholders and project members. The effect map is the one artifact that can be carried from the first idea sketch all through the project and used as a good base for conduction. And no other investments are needed than brainwork! |

Prototyping is an iterative process. You generate design concepts. You test them. You discover what works, what needs improving, and opportunities for new ideas. Then repeat. The earlier you learn about a design change, the easier it is to implement, and the less costly that change will be. Prototyping allows your team to explore ideas before you invest in them. |

Gaming portals today are very similar when it comes to design and what they offer their players. If you want to keep your players then it isn’t enough to give them a registration bonus! You need to attract new and current players by offering them a player experience better than your competitors! In this session we will look at ways you can innovare and differentiate your gaming portal so that you get happier players who stay longer on your portal. |
