William Hill And Ladbrokes: Two Companies Not Meeting Expectations

Oct 4, 2013

This week William Hill (link asked to be removed by William Hill) released their results for Q3 (link asked to be removed by William Hill), and their online profit were down 28%, at the same time in an article by EGR Magazine we could read that Ladbrokes chief executive Richard Glynn is under pressure and needs to meet expectations by next summer.

I am sure that it is a mix of things that have occurred which have put William Hill (link asked to be removed by William Hill) and Ladbrokes in their situations. But I can’t help to wonder how much user experience and gaming experience have to do with it. In my opinion both companies are behind the top operators in the business.

They need to really focus on their players (current and new ones) and build and experience around that!
