When Will We See Some Great Tablet Gambling Products?

The iPad was launched two years ago in 2010 and I still haven’t seen any gambling product which has been fully optimized for the tablet. Why is it taking so long?

There are many products/solutions you can use on your tablet, but they are either a copy of the website version or the smartphone version and I don’t believe this is the right way to do it, instead you should optimize the gaming experience for each form factor.

Each form factor have their own advantages and for the tablet it is direct manipulation using your fingers, and the large display (compared to a smartphone).

When designing games for the tablet you should also consider when people use the tablet, in what situations (when and where) they do play. It is probably not the same as when using your laptop.

So my hopes are that we will see some great tablet gambling products soon. And if you disagree with me and have some examples of what you think are great tablet products then please let me know.
