Is There A Future For IBeacon Within IGaming? I’ll Try To Find Out

The summer vacation is coming up in a couple of weeks! It will hopefully be a few weeks with a lot of familiy activities and maybe a vacation trip somewhere. But I also enjoy learning something new during my vacation. This summer I thought I’d learn more about iBeacon, Apple’s implementation of Bluetooth low-energy (BLE) wireless technology, and try to come up with a few igaming concepts using the technology.

So I’ve ordered a few ”beacons” from Estimote to get started
