How Do PartyGaming And Bwin Choose Their Upcoming Poker Platform?

Feb 9, 2011

eGaming Review writes today that the Ongame Network is likely to be sold as a result of the upcoming merger between PartyGaming (this used to be linked partygaming.com but they asked me to remove the link) and Bwin (this used to be linked bwin.com but they asked me to remove the link).

It would be really interesting to find out why they choose one platform over the other. Is it because it is better when it comes to the technical part? Is it because the player experience is better? Is it because there are more players on one platform than the other? Is one platform less expensive to run than the other?

Maybe it is good to keep them both? There is a big chance that you will loose players when you choose one platform. Players might be playing on the Ongameplatform for a reason and they feel stronger about staying on it than going with the new company to the other platform. Time will tell
