Don’t Confuse Your Players By Similar Alternatives!

I was on Expekt.com the other day and I was having trouble connecting to a game so I thought I would contact the help desk. The problem was the two options ”support” and ”help”. Which one should I choose?

Having two options very similar only confuse player!

So I got confused and had to stop what I was doing and think insted of helping me achieve what I wanted.

It is very important to think about usage paths, user behaviors and offering a clear path when you design your functions. I would recommend turning support and help into one option insted of two!
