Does Your Igaming Company Have A CXO (Customer Xperience Officer)?

It is really interesting to see how different igaming companies build products and services. I believe that many igaming companies are very focused on technology and not so much on the player experience.
I am a strong believer that to be able to build great products and services you need to know your target audience as well as your business goals.
All companies have a CTO (Chief Technical Officer) but how many have a CEO (Customer Experience Officer)? Jonathan Sinden at PaddyPower recommended using CXO insted (so we don’t annoy the CEO. Good point Jonathan!
Do you know any (or work for a) company in the igaming industry who has a CXO? It would be interesting to hear how it is to work for a company like that.
